(下面附有奶昔食譜, 雖然美國知名餐廳都會在網頁上提供他們食物的Nutrition fact 但為了追根究柢了解邪惡奶昔到底是怎麼一回事, 我去找了食譜直接從食材來估熱量)

Regular 16oz; 470ml (中杯Size)

Recipe
香草奶昔 Vanilla Milkshake (From Paula Deen 美國美食節目知名廚娘寶拉阿姨)
- 4 cups quality vanilla ice cream
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 8 tablespoons sugar
- 2 cups milk, less for thicker milkshake
分析一下:
1/2 cup Vanilla ice cream: 270kcal>> 270*8= 2160
1 tsp Vanilla extract: 12kcal>> 12*2= 24
1 tbsp sugar: 31kcal>> 31*8= 248
1 cup Whole milk: 150kcal>> 150*2=300
Total: 2732
但食譜是4人份, 分成四杯後, 一杯(約360ml)熱量683kcal (比Steak 'n Shake的還高, 不愧是美國大媽研發出來的幸福感破表食譜)
